Comfort Care Hospice- Huntsville
We provide hospice care to the terminally ill in throughout Alabama. All costs are covered by insurance such as Medicare and Medicaid. Our patients have access to nursing staff 24/7. Medical doctors will follow the patient's care through the hospice care team. Which means our patients don't have to sit in the waiting room at the doctor's office anymore. We pay for all medications related to out patient's terminal diagnosis. Provide incontinence care supplies and additional supplies to ensure the patient's care needs are met. Our patient also have access to the entire hospice care team which consist of the following: - Hospice care aides- assist with daily care tasks such as bathing and light housekeeping - Chaplain- to assist with spiritual needs - Social Worker to offer emotional support, assist with community resources, and end of life planning. - Volunteer services -providing temporary relief for caregivers, pet therapy, and companionship visits.
